Rose or gray colored granite. . .

Found your advice website - hope you can give me your advise :-)

My siblings and I are in the process of selecting a headstone for our mother's grave.  One monument company offers Rose Vermillion and Rosewood granite.  I like them over the gray colors.  Will sun exposure fade the rose color any differently over time?  Any reason not to use the rose color?
