I have what I believe to be quite a unique problem. I recently bought a Silestone slab for dirt-cheap from a home-improvement re-sale place. It had been stored in the sun and is faded. I found someone to cut the slab for me and now have silestone counters with a faded finish but also a porous surface. It sucks up water quickly.
Obviously I went the cheap route and got what I paid for. My question is what should I do now? Should I seal it? Can I seal it with the "wet" look? We would prefer that. How?
Is there anyone out there willing to weigh in on this one?
