arabescato marble vs. carrera marble

I am confused about the difference between arabescato marble and carrera
marble.

I have purchased a table with arabescato top and want my kitchen island to
look similar to the table.  Will grade A carrera be a good  match?  I know
marbe is soft but the island will not be the main cooking or prep area in my
kitchen.  For that I have chosen black granite (polished).
