Oil Stain on Granite

Hi,

We just had a Santa Cecilia Light granite counter installed in our new kitchen.  Before we had a chance to seal it, we took a hot pot out of the oven that had hot oil and some of the oil spilled on the counter, staining it.  We did not notice this until the next day.  Do you have any suggestions on how to remove the stain?
