We are going to remodel our kitchen, and are thinking using ThinSlabz Granite. This is actual granite that is cut to 1/4" thickness and permanently bonded to a reinforeced backing. The weight of ThinSlabz is 4-5 pounds per square foot in comparison to 22 pounds per square foot of 3cm granite. Have you heard of this product, and what do you think of it. Thanks, Toni
