I came across this statement (below)at a related web site. Does this mean that my impala black should not be sealed. It was sealed initially but that was a year and a half ago. So what is the real truth about sealing our granite counter tops.
A word about Black Granite
Most black granites are very dense and uniform in appearance and in general are the least porous with the least water absorption values. They should not be sealed as they are usually moisture resistant. Your fabricator will advise you.
