We recently had galiea ornamental granite installed in our master bathroom with undermount sinks. A couple of days after the granite was installed and followed by installation of the faucetts, several purple stains appeared on the granite. At this point, we had not used the bathroom yet. Do you have any idea what might have caused these purple stains? The installer cleaned the granite with lacquer thinner and left the lid of the lacquer thinner can setting on the granite while he was working on it. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
