Stain in my granite

I have a stain on my 14 month old granite countertop.  The stain is approx. 1 feet by 1 1/2 feet.  I tried several times to have the installer come out and repair it.  However, they were not available, there fore I hired another company this is what happened.  They removed the sealer, applied aceatone, then had to torch the stain.  After this it looked good until the next day.  The stain is they same.  I had workers at the home and don't know what caused the stain. It lightened the granite and looks like rag marking of what was sitting on it.  Could you tell me if you have a product to remove this?
