Verde Peacock

I installed a porcelain tile floor and we are getting a Verde Peacock 
"granite" charnockite kitchen counter top in a week or so...

Based on reading your answers to other people's questions:

1.  I will tell the installer not to seal the granite (correct?)

2.  Please recommend which of your products I need for the floor and 
for the "granite" and how to take care of this very beautiful 
charnocite!
