Have rust problem?

I have had new counters installed just a week ago. The material is Calcutta White Marble.    It looked beautiful when installed, however, four days after installation round rust colored specs and spots started to appear. These spots are not near veins but in the middle of the white part of the marble.   There are many of them. Is their a stone product you would recommend to try to remove or reduce the intensity of the spots?
The stone is not yet sealed.
Also, even if I am successful in reducing or removing the spots, will more spots appear after the material is sealed?   My fabricator is surprised that the spots appeared so quickly and are not located on or near veins.
Thanks for the advice.
Pat.
