I know from your q&a that you are not a fan of honed black granite. I originally wanted slate but was advised very strongly against that. However, that is what I put in my kitchen and love the look (despite the constant water spots)!
My question is what is the best way to clean the countertops. I am now using just a damp sponge and then a Williams Sonoma Granite Counter Top Cleanser but want to make sure I am using the right products. Also, do I need to do any maintenance sealing, etc? I wasn't left any instructions from the developer and have been unable to reach him to get the information.
